A part time position that only requires her to perform if one of the other commissioners should not be able to make a meeting. For this she receives a salary of $3,500. But the real kicker is the $24,554.24 cost of providing her with medical coverage (article). In the second of our Behind The Curtain series we will look at former director of the Girls Recreation Softball Program, Bonnie Barrington.



As we have seen the JTOWN gang misses no opportunity to spark controversy and protect those they deem as valuable to their cause. Currently they are rallying around Bonnie Barrington, the recently resigned coordinator of the Jackson Girl's Recreation Softball Program, and manager of the Jackson Renegades Travel Softball League. Barrington sparked controversy when she accused the recreation department of "misappropriating" funds raised through a sponsorship program for the recreation league. A detailed investigation found that all monies are accounted for and that they were used in accordance with the township code determining the usage of such funds. (Read More)
