Final resting place for pets

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that JENNIFER STEINMAN has applied to the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for a variance on Lot 19 in Block 116.02 located on West Veterans Highway containing an existing building housing the Cassville Post Office.

Applicant seeks a use variance to operate a pet crematorium in the NC zoning district together with relief from the front yard setback as 60 feet is required and 31 feet is existing and proposed. A waiver of site plan is requested based upon no site modifications proposed.

Said application shall include a request for any and all other variances and/or waivers as may be required by submission and discussion of the plans.

The aforesaid has been scheduled for a hearing before the Jackson Township Zoning Board , at the Jackson Township Municipal Building, 95 West Veterans Highway, Jackson, New Jersey on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.

The application, maps and supporting documents are on file in the Jackson Township Zoning Board in the municipal building and are available for public inspection during normal business hours for a period of 10 days prior to the date of hearing.
